Summit Master Thread Cleaner Machine, model TC-7 is a pneumatic operated device capable of cleaning the pin & box threads of the tubular tool joint or coupling.
The TC-7 uses rotating brushes and a solvent to clean the thread. The waste is recovered through a vacuum pressure inside the tank, where the dirty solvent is passed through a filter. The filter retains the solids, allowing the solvent to pass to the collection tank for immediate re-use.
The TC-7 closed loop system is the most environmental friendly tool providing economical savings.
